Applying Credits Increases Shipping Cost???

I’m a founding member from Canada, and I want to use my credits to purchase the Sing Sing blu ray and EEAAO screenplay book. However, I tried to apply my $25 in credits, and it increased the cost of the shipping by $27??? Has anyone else noticed this?
