(OH) I'm being dragged into a divorce and being called a felon when I'm not?

Location: Ohio

I don't even know where to begin. My Aunt (married to my Mom's brother) has always disliked me. I think it's more of an envy thing because I went to a private catholic school that her son got kicked out of in the 1st grade. Additionally, in Ohio, if you get pulled over within 6 months of driving, you have to go to court. I had to go to court but nothing happened. Mind you, this was 9 years ago. I'm now 25.

My Aunt filed for divorce against my Uncle - they both have severe problems to be frank so this is for the best. They both are well known surgeons and this is a public divorce (important).

Apparently, my Aunt wants a massive provision in the divorce documents that her son (who is 17) is nowhere allowed around me or to communicate with me as "He's a felon, a bad influence, and will corrupt my child". In court today, the judge said "Yeah okay that makes sense" when she said that.

I originally left college to build a business, which I did and still own, but went back to college to pursue law school after graduation. I don't do drugs, drink, and have never been introuble with the law. I'm most def not a felon either..

I do not want this to be in the court docs mostly because it's untrue but also because others will see it. Additionally, how will affect my chances of law school? Who knows.

What the hell do I do?
