Red glans and redness under foreskin

Apologies for the topic but I wanted to get some options of what this could be:

Red glans (one tiny red dot on glans that seems to come and go) very red skin on all the skin under foreskin (not visible unless foreskin is retracted) and dry peeling skin here as well.

It doesn’t seem to fit balantis as is not blotchy, it’s very uniform redness.

Haven’t been sexually active for years (although this problem has been on and off flaring for a long time). I don’t think it’s an STD unless one particularly fits?

Recently my erections sometimes haven’t been filling up properly at the glans the whole time and sometime going soft there (soft glans syndrome?). So maybe it is inflammatory? Or maybe this is just separate issue.

No other symptoms I can think of, it’s not painful or itchy, no discharge or anything.

It’s much more red and noticeable during an erection.

I can provide picture if it’s necessary but it’s not pretty (:
