24 year old PTC TT CENTRAL AND BILATERAL NECK DISSECTION

Hello people , I was diagnosed with PTC , and had TT with bilateral and central neck dissection, only 8 to 10 lymph nodes removed,it's been 20 days now from my surgery , my scar is so big and i don't know how it will end up looking, today is my post operative day 20 and i feel so much of pins and needles pain, numbness, i couldn't even able to sleep properly and my neck was so stiff and i couldn't moove my neck .. my left shoulder, left ear, was full of numbness, left shoulder range of motion is decreased and it's getting better day by day very slowly, but the pins and needles sensation killing me like hell 24/7 almost, i couldn't able to do anything, how long i have to bear these sensations??

need some advice and help and someone to talk...
