Solo EN06 Auto Axe still possible?

So I built myself a little EN06 Killer Loadout. I‘m only level 250 and wanted to be able to solo him everytime I feel like it. I‘m at the point were I could do enough damage and survive his attacks with ease. But it’s quite hard to get his back solo. All methods where you could damage his shield before he even sets up seems to be outdated and running around him trying to get couple of his seems like an impossible task. I spent 10 minutes running around him just to get a second of hits through. Is there something i do wrong? Or did Bethesda patch him so much that its not effective anymore to solo him?
