I hate the new update to my Samsung phone.

The new update to my Samsung phone has made random changes. This has made it more difficult to use features that I have enjoyed using for years. I called the Samsung Helpline and a polite,knowledgeable and kind woman listened to my problems with the new update changes. She let me know that there have been many others complaining about this latest update. I have received excellent service from my Samsung store personnel and those answering the Helpline. I just hate whoever at Samsung made these annoying and unessary technical changes. I'm just venting my feelings. I'm retired from the NYPD. I spent 22 years allowing citizens to vent their rage at me. I tried to be a sympathetic person and validate the feelings that were expressed to me. . It seemed to work because many people thanked me for listening and assisting them. I wonder if anyone reading this post has had a similar negative reaction to this latest update .
