Headaches and Nasuea

Good evening, I made my wife a budget gaming setup recently and got a $160 Walmart UltraGear monitor. It’s 27in 1080p 180hz I have this connected to my legion go via a HP Dock. Over the last few days my wife has been getting migraines from playing, and getting nauseous. I sat and fiddled around with every possible setting, there is on the monitor and in windows, and I myself began to get a headache. After some basic research I’m beginning to beleive it’s just a crappy panel.

Looking for a good 1080p 144hz monitor to get her so we can finally game together and have fun.
