Real Estate Law - Parking entitlement

Just closed on a condo. Originally we were told that our unit previously came with 2 parking spots but since the price was reduced, we would need to pay 30k plus tax for a second spot. We declined and therefore were under the impression we were getting one spot. Two days ago while signing the paperwork with the notary we realized that the documents signed and sent by the developer state that we are being assigned two parking spots (stall #s were listed). Everything closed on the condo today, so my question is, does that mean we get the two spots or can the developer come back and say that we are only getting one because we didn't pay for a second? I'm assuming that it was a mistake they didn't notice in the paperwork before signing it and sending to us for signing.
