Ladies and germs, what's a great headlight setup that's not blinding to others?

1997. I had h4 conversion kit years ago, and that SUCKED. I've been running some generic leds for years. They're bright alright, but I know its probably bothersome to other drivers. Also, since they're led ice and snow buildup is insane.

I've been driving more at night lately and don't want to continue being one of the people I hate, blinding other drivers
