Hit head almost passed out. ER time??

Hi I'm a 20F. I'm 5'1 and like 115lbs. This is my 2nd time trying to post so imma just list everything. I take zoloft and omeprazole. So basically I hit my head with a cabinet door and my head started bleeding quite a bit. When my dad and I were putting pressure with a towel I started to feel faint and almost passed out. Should I go to the ER? I don't feel too bad rn just obviously my head hurts and my ears feel weird kinda fuzzy or something.
