Asking for more financial aid

I am on the edge between UCI and UCSD for CS and financial aid packages were just released and it appears that UCSD is giving me significantly more financial aid. Is there anyway I can use this as leverage for more aid? I would still like to go to UCI for convenience (it's closer) but considering how UCSD is giving me more money and has a better CS department + connections... yeah lol
