Chemo and NF nerve pain

I started chemo for breast cancer last week. Two days after my first infusion, I started getting the sudden sharp pains all throughout my body. It’s the random sharp pain on my bf tumors throughout my body that comes and goes. I thought maybe it’s related to me getting my period but it’s still happening. I’m used to this pain because of the NF but now it’s like x10. I can’t sleep at night cuz it gets worse at night. Has anyone who’s had NF experienced this pain? I only had one round of chemo and it’s this bad :(
