Looking to get a delicious pie for my partner on Mother’s Day. Any suggestions?

Me and my partner have twin 5 month old boys. This is our first mother’s and she loves pie, but I’m unsure how to, and where to get it. It might be easiest to buy her a ready to bake pie and then throw it the oven Sunday morning.
