If 8x15 didn’t happen the way it did?

What would you guys like to have seen hypothetically? My top Options would not getting the call at the lab at all, or someone's having a nightmare, or getting the call Bobby’s life was threatened because the military lied about more than 1 cure and he was put into WITSEC solo, or they liked about a cure faked his death cured him and temporarily incarcerated him, or they lied about a 2nd cure they cure cured him, or, or presumed…gone but it was a mistake and Bobby woke in his coffin, or the FBI swooped in because the cartel is back and used the situation at the lab as cover, or Lucy was brought back just be killed off ( not because of any like/dislike I have for the character, simply because Ariielle Kebbel is doing another show and I suppose that's a better exit explanation than prolonged she injured herself back in season 6), again I am asking hypothetically, does anyone else have any alternative ‘what if’ thoughts?
