Unredacted Juevinile Police Report - Massachusetts

Both the victim (my son) and the defendent are jueviniles in which an assault took place. I'm trying to get the address of the defendent so I can file a civil suit for medical bills as they can't be recouped in the criminal trial. The court clerks office is telling me to talk to the DA's office and they in return are pointing me to the Clerk's office. Both offices also tell me the other option is to file a suit against them, kinda hard if I don't know whee to have it mailed. What is another way to get the address I need since I can't get it in juvenile court, DA office, police, or the school where the incident occurred?
