Dad Cant make it, best way of selling one 4 Day GA?

Dad had to go out of country due to Grandma being in hospital. Now I'm stuck with a non-refundable flight and a 4 day GA Stadium Pass with a Buss Pass from Polaris Area. Also, does anyone want the Gaswerks Welcome party entrance? Doubt i can sell that to anyone lol.
