PAYMENTS WENT UP AFTER IDR APPLICATION

I was placed on forbearance while my application processed, my old monthly payment was $150, but now it says payments will start back up in June and the new amount is $220 and I have $95 in unpaid accrued interest since may, does anyone know if they are including the unpaid interest in the new monthly payment or why did it go up?
