Epson Stylus r3000 (2011)

Troubleshooting

Just got a high-end printer for free, but it's so old that it doesn't recognize any of my devices (2023 MacBook Pro, iPad 6th Gen, SanDisk 1TB thumb drive, etc).

I'm not super tech-savvy, or rather kinda impatient with tech. How difficult would it be to get some photos printing on this thing? Am I better off just buying a newer one?
