Been a BDR for a little over 2 years. Selling into software to manufacturing space calling plant managers and similar titles. My performance has been terrible since the start of the year. Last year did great and made more than I ever have in my life. One of three BDR's at this point. Everyone else fired or left.

I cant' stand this shit anymore. Have a final interview with another industrial software company next week for another fucking BDR position.

What's the lowest you've felt in sales and found a way out of? This job is beyond frustrating at this point. Worried it'll be the same no matter where I go. Don't know if I should even try to stay in sales tbh.
