2007 Honda VTX 1300 won’t start

Hey everyone my Honda vtx sat for about 2 years and now won’t start. I replaced the battery and spark plugs and changed the gas and oil. The only way I can get it to start is to spray starting fluid in it. Any thoughts on what to do?
