My pwBPD has started DBT officially

I know a lot of people here come and find only the horror stories while I have felt with some very hurtful things it doesn’t touch half of what I’ve read here. So I will update periodically on how it’s progressing for those who are in the same boat as me. Mine sought DBT out for herself so my pwBPD wants to get better on her own and doesn’t have any of the anti social cheating affair type behaviors. If anyone has questions I’ll answer as I can.
