What would you do in this scenario?

I just got a sweet deal on a pre-built from Canada Computers, it has a Ryzen 7 7700, Asus Tuf A620 mATX mobo, 4060, 32gb TeamGroup DDR5 6000, 600w Deepcool PSU, with 1tb NVME SSD for $800CAD (This model is still for sale at Canada Computers for $1549 regular price).

My personal rig has a Ryzen 5 5600x, 32gb ddr4 3200 on an Asus TUF X570-Plus wifi ATX mobo and I've been considering upgrading lately. I was thinking about going to Ryzen 9000 but I don't really need it. So I'm considering swapping the 7700 stuff into my main rig and selling the 5600x with the 4060 because I suspect I could still get about $100-200 profit even with the AM4 stuff in the rig that I sell.

My question for the collective is this. Would you make the swap or maximize profit on the flip? I'd probably list for $1200ish to flip with the 7700 in it.

Also to make it more complicated, my case is a Hyte Y60 but the A620 mobo is mATX so its kinda small in that chassis, might look a little silly, though it also has the vertical GPU mount for my 3090 so it would mostly be covered. Further complicating it is that the prebuilt came in a mATX case and my X570 board is full ATX so I'd need to use another case I have laying around. The only case I have right now is this right-side window Segotep case, link below.

Do you think the right side window case lowers the resale value? It certainly makes it look unique.

Let me know your thoughts, very curious what others would do.
