Which level do cartographers trade Woodland Explorer Maps in Bedrock?

Hi, I initially saw posts saying that cartographers have a 1/3 chance to give you the woodland explorer map at level 3. However, after leveling up 8 separate cartographers to level 3, all I could get were Ocean explorer and trial explorer maps. Zero sign of the woodland explorer map.

I then checked the wiki, and it seems to suggest that in bedrock, level 3 cartographers cannot give you the woodland explorer map, and you need to level them up to level 5 to get it. Can anyone confirm this?
