unlinked 1password account still says linked

I unlinked my family account so I could update the billing info as indicated on the help pages. I also deleted all other family users temporarily. I have been waiting for the billing to update. Does anyone know how long it takes for the account to register that it has been unlinked or can I get some help from 1Password to speed the process along? I am going to upgrade that account to it's own business account.
