Extreme pain

Hello. I am 5wpo and I am having the worst pain in my lower right mons area almost exactly where my drains were. My drains were removed a while ago and both holes have healed. I don’t see any redness or anything out of the ordinary in that area. If the faja presses on it a certain or if I sit or even lay down I get intense pain. Like I have to just be still until it goes away. It’s a sharp burning feeling so I was assuming it was nerve pain but it almost feels external in a lot of ways? I have told my surgeon and he just said Advil and diazapam (still waiting on that refill). I have also tried lidocaine which really doesn’t do anything nor does Advil. I see my surgeon next Tuesday but I’m due to go on a trip next Thursday and I am dreading having this constant pain 😩 does anyone else have a clue on what it could be? Could it be infected this much later??
