ALL scenarios are gone

So I was trying to make a copy of a scenario to make a scenario of my own, so I just changed the tag of it. When I looked at the scenario list again, all scenarios were gone. I looked at some other reddit post, saying to delete everything in the scenario text sheet thingy, and that did literally nothing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game in steam several time and nothing has been fixed. What do I do to fix this?
