24M trying to make friends in college

I transferred to a new school this year and I know nobody here. I'm older than all my classmates, so I feel weird talking with them. Outside of work I only talk to my roommates. I'm not a fan of going out (used to have issues with partying) and I just have no idea how to make friends if I'm not going out. I've tried being in clubs, but my work schedule makes things difficult. I have no idea what to do
