Fremont from IS5 and now >!ExuAlter S3!<has got me fascinated with the concept of forced redeploys. Here's my attempt at making forced redeploy an archetype concept.

# Design Philosophy:

The main annoyance with fremont's \[TELEPORT BLAST\] is that he deploys your operators into weird spots and directions. If you've noticed with Texalter or any helidropper, the redeploy refreshes initial SP! Thus came the revelation: just choose where you can redeploy an operator and get a helidrop without the redeploy timer!!!

Thus, transporter specialists are all about repositioning and refreshing skill timers. They should have higher SP costs because the transporter specialist should in essence, be "resetting" on/off cycle timers, and "offloading" the sp cost from the desired helidrop skill to the transporter specialist, with some additional sp penalty as payment.

S1 basically turns any operator into a fast redeploy, and to be honest I don't really like how I designed this skill, but I can't think of any other "basic skill" to put there. Perhaps you want to put a transporter down in an enemy rich area, plop a helidrop next to him, then activate the skill so you can quickly redeploy the helidrop? The problem is, usually helidrops kill everything, so there's no reason to need to redeploy one. And also... just bring... two helidrops??? Seriously, there needs to be a significant reason to require multiple "in and out" deployments.

S2 is my personal favorite skill. It rewards careful planning on where enemies may show up on the map to take full advantage of. It also kind of reminds me of the support chinook from BTD6, moving around DPS towers to keep the bloons in range! There will of course be those who inevitably get mad that their skills fail because they forgot about the tile type, or accidently deploying a medic and then moving them into the jaws of the enemy.

S3 : I have no comments about this skill. I don't care that it's unbalanced. Just look at it. Isn't it hilarious to imagine?
