If the Nazi regime had not been antisemitic, would they have had a better chance of success in the war?

I'm thinking of several things here:

• Not wasting resources on genocide.
• Availability of Jewish scientists to perhaps develop the atomic bomb first.
• Availability of German Jews as armed forces personnel.
