Help with booking

I am from Spain, and I'm checking in the official web for the FLIGHT/HOTEL/TICKETS package, if I do, the airport section doesn't detect Madrid so I can't do that, and the HOTEL/TICKETS is 2.8k in November and 1.7k in August, I need help as my mom can't do it by herself. I need to see how to check the prices correctly and help with the flights. Thanks
