Is planning officially dead?

When you try to plan something with a guy, he blocks you. When he doesn't block, he stays vague about before he stops responding. When he does work with you a time and place, he no shows.

It's officially been at least a year now since I've actually met a guy for something preplanned. The only way anyone gives a damn about your existence anymore is if you can give them your undivided attention right now now now.
