Good idea to go with 9070 xt with an i5-10600k?

Hi, as the title suggests. I am curious if I'll be held back significantly if I buy a 9070 xt and throw it into my system. I'm aware that I will be CPU bottlenecked, but seeing the recent titles run below 60fps at 1440p with even low settings has made me realize I want more out of my machine. I currently have a 6700 xt and it still does really well with most games at 1440p, however, I would like it to be able to do games such as Expedition 33, Wukong, etc without struggling too much. I know these games aren't optimized super amazing as we do live in a time where apparently it seems less important to these companies but I have the means to upgrade to a 9070 xt. I just need to know if it's gonna basically be an irrelevant upgrade due to my CPU. Thanks in advance.
