Sipping Charge and Service Fee:

Hi, I came across PurchaseKorea very randomly and the proxy service sounds interesting.

Currenty, I understand there is $4.99 (USD?) fee involvrd for processing, so I guess that means like getting the items from sellers, errands, etc. So it says $4.99 is minimum, what is the maximim? Well what is the biggest service fee someone has paid?

Also for shipping, how much is charged, and how is it determined - for Canada?

It's mostly for ordering Korean Cosmetics. Olive Young shipping's separate charge sounded too price to me last time I checked. Currently I order from online Hong Kong retailer (seiing official products) but I have to spend quite a lot to get it shipped free.

And lastly, is it okay to just list the site/products and get estimates before confirming order? How is that done? And is PayPal (not Stripe or Wise) accepted?
