Bonvoy points for additional cardholders promotion

There was a promotion that ended March 31 for 15000 Bonvoy points if you add an additional cardholder to your Bonvoy Amex.

Never had a reply back nor have I seen the points hit my account.

Anyone else recieve a response on this?
