Can’t trigger «Path of the Unworthy»

Potential bug?

Found a note in Sterling, and after a search I understand i have to go to the houses in Haus.

Problems:

1. Quest do not trigger
2. In main house in Haus, the big brown door leading to the Cul-de-sac is closed. Can’t get in

Anyone know what is happening?
