EV questions

Hello all,

I will be doing a solo trip to Jeju early to mid June, and will looking to drive around. I am hoping to test out the EV way of life in Jeju or can totally do without and drive a gasoline car.

I know jeju is quite well-stocked in terms of charging stations. Would like to ask if that is a true experience on the ground, or there are little obstacles that affect the smoothness of the experience. I am looking to rent from Lotte and I heard they do provide a charging card now.

So here are my main questions: Is charging an EV easy in jeju? Are you able to park and charge while you leave for lunch, or you have to hang around? What about charging “companies”, are there those that only allow cars of certain brands or from certain rental companies to use only?

Apologies for the formatting. Thank you in advance!
