Where the group homes at?

Hello everyone! I am looking for a reputable group home / day program facility for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. I've noticed a lot of the services seen online are 1:1 short term home companions. Where do folks go when they need 24hr care? Are there any reputable institutions in Portland that provide a day program and residential services? Thank you!
