Help needed with PSLF help tool

I have certified employment many times prior, last of which was using the student aid site and doing an electronic submission form. When I went to complete another one (same employer) things just don't look the same. I am at the point of doing the borrower signature but no options to fill out information in what used to be section 3, section 4, and section 5 after that signature. I am afraid to mess this up. Would someone walk me through this? Do I have to edit my employment begin date on the last submission with my employer, or add a new employer (which is the same) or do the other sections pop up after I sign Section 2? Thanks in advance.
