Do I give myself producer credit?

I purchased a non exclusive license to use a beat. It’s a piano melody I’ve built my song around. I’ve added vocals, beats, more tracks, and effects. Mixed and mastered myself and now have a completely new song. I will, of course, credit the producer of the underlying piano melody as stated in the terms of the license, but do I credit myself as a producer too along with songwriter and artist?
