Curious about the cups

So from my understanding people have purchased cups from her and her sister but I never seen them send off the cups 💀😭 she always saying “ we’re going to finish cups today, we’re going to start making them” so it seems like her and sister just took people money and never made or sent the cups to the ones that purchased from them 😂
