IUD Insertion vs Colposcopy Pain

Anyone had both a cervical biopsy and and IUD insertion? I see horror stores for both. I have had a cervical biopsy, but never gotten and IUD.

Before my colpo, I really circled the drain expecting the absolute worst pain based on what I was seeing online. Honestly, the colpo didn't hurt at all. There was a bit of pressure and a pinch, and I was pretty tired for 2-3 days after, but no real "pain" per se. Wondering if I would also be one of those people who didn't experience pain with an IUD insertion due to this.

I feel like so many people take to the internet after a bad experience, and so these stores might be a bit one sided.

Anyone had both? Anyone had an IUD insertion without much pain?
