CDL in Arizona?

I am planning on getting my CDL this year, but am very uneducated in the matter. I do not have the money to pay for school outright, so I would be looking for a paid training course. Im not overall picky on companies, so long as I can aquire the license without upfront costs.

I want an OTR position, and I already drive for a living. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
