Need help to identify a Shimano shifter

Just bought a 2018-ish Canyon Inflite AL. Got it from a reseller on local listing board, so no chance of getting meaningful info on bike parts from previous owner. The bike turned out to have multiple problems.

One of them is an extremely loose hood on the right shifter, makes it impossible to ride as the hood slips and twist constantly. I would purchase a new hood from Ali (only available for me at the moment), but I can't identify the shifter. The whole groupset is a 2x11 Shimano Ultegra with hydraulic brakes, and the left shifter has an "Ultegra" on it. The right shifter (with the loose hood) however has a "Shimano" on the lever and looks a bit different under the hood. Any ideas will be helpful.
