ADHD meds affecting “stress”

I’m on an ADHD stimulant that raises my heart rate during the day. I just got an Instinct 3 and it says I’m constantly stressed.

I’ve only worn the watch for a few days now, will it calibrate eventually to show lower stress levels? Or is there any way to manually calibrate it for a higher heart rate during the day?

The stimulant is only in effect during the day, so it doesn’t usually affect my heart rate overnight.
