My journey and seeking recommendations

Here is my journey…

I became interested in thongs in my teens. Didn’t start actually wearing them until I was in my early 30s. It took quite a while to feel comfortable enough to speak with my wife about my interest. I did try women’s panties, and while I absolutely love all things panties, I just couldn’t find them comfortable enough for regular or even occasional wear. This led to trying men’s thongs. I actually started with the cotton, Joe Boxer thongs that were available at K-Mart. From there I tried other brands and styles, which were significantly more limited at the time.

When I found better options like Papi, Calvin Klein, Jockey, Emporio Armani, etc. I began wearing them more frequently, almost daily. After a few years, I ran into some really stressful times, which led to weight gain, and I got away from wearing them.

Fast forward to currently… I’m getting back into them since loosing weight, and generally feeling better about things. My wife is on-board, and we’re actually going shopping this coming weekend.

In terms of fabric and fit, I’m not looking for athletic or sport fit, but don’t want a ton of fabric. I definitely want something with plenty of room in the front, but not a thong that leaves you feeling like you aren’t wearing a thong, if that makes sense. I’m looking at the Jockey Microfiber Thong (not the sport version).

My plan is to start wearing them more frequently, once I get some new ones.

I’m also very interested in suggestions from others about brands, styles, fabrics, etc.
