Just finished the entire (kinda) Cosmere, AMA and ill give my theories or explanations

(I haven't read white sand more than that which is in Arcanum, but other than that)

I have read very few WoB, and a few pages on 17th Shard, but i believe I have a fair bit of cosmere knowledge.
