Live Nation Office by North Mass?

Does anyone who works at/near 1411 Roosevelt (aka the Box Factory, also home to North Mass Boulder and Bicycle Garage) know why there's a Live Nation sign out in front of one of the suites? Can't find any info on an office at that location online. Thanks!
