If You’ve Ever Felt Hopeless, This Book Was Written for You
Hey everyone,
I just wanted to reach out to this community—because I know I’m not the only one who’s been in that deep, dark place.
For most of my life, I struggled with depression, anxiety, isolation, and a constant sense of failure. I didn’t grow up in a healthy environment, and throughout my teens and twenties, I felt completely stuck—broke, couch-surfing, socially withdrawn, and battling thoughts that I honestly didn’t think I’d ever get past.
But I’m not here to ask for sympathy.
I’m here because, for the first time in a very long time, things are changing. I’m living on my own. I have a stable job. I’ve started therapy. I’m exercising, trying to socialize more, and even beginning to date. I’m not “healed,” but I’m healing—and that feels huge.
In the middle of all this, I wrote a book. A self-help book. One that came from a place of real struggle, not theory. It’s written for people who’ve felt hopeless, defeated, overwhelmed—people like I’ve been for most of my life.
I’m sharing it here because I believe it could actually help some of you.
Let me be 100% transparent: I am trying to turn this book into something bigger, but I’m not here to profit off of this community. In fact, I’ve set the price as low as Amazon allows—$2.99 for Kindle and the bare minimum for print (just enough to cover their minimum printing and publishing requirements). I make zero profit at these prices.
**What I really need right now are reviews.**If you read it and it resonates with you, a review would mean the world to me. Without reviews, books just don’t go anywhere on platforms like Amazon. And if this book gains traction, I’ll finally have a shot at turning all this pain into something that helps more people—while also helping me continue building a life worth living.
If just one person reads it and finds something valuable in it, that’s already a win in my book.
I'll post the link below. Thank you for reading this far, and if you check out the book, I hope it gives you even a fraction of the hope I’m finally starting to feel.
