[KCD2] Side quest "Lost honour" not triggered

At the moment I'm in the main quest "Via Argentum" and tried fast travelling from Miskowitz to Horschan a few times, although I didn't encounter Jezhek.
I tried going many saves back (about 30h playtime) right after the quest "Speak of the devil" and tried the encounter again. I haven't explored the streets between Miskowitz and Horschan at this point and now the encounter got triggered immediately.

Are there any tips on how to get the encounter later in the game?
