hairstylist recommendations?

hi everybody! I know this is a long shot but do you have any recommendations on a salon that i can go to (preferably with an appointment tomorrow or in the evening this week) where i can get my split ends cut and then i’ll probably have to get the dye stripped out of my hair so i can go to my natural color (golden brown) and then get blonde all over highlights? my 21st birthday is really soon and i want to look good but i don’t have very much money and i already won’t be able to do the activity that i wanted to do for my 21st birthday because of financial issues :( thank you in advance if anybody has any recommendations! :)
